FURAMA DINING HOUSE GRAND OPENING – A Home, Four Flavors in the Heart of An Thượng
Furama Dining House is officially Grand Opening at Barett Urban Zone, 73 Trần Bạch Đằng, An Thượng, Đà Nẵng.

Furama Dining House officially Grand Opened at Barett Urban Zone, 73 Trần Bạch Đằng, An Thượng, Đà Nẵng, marking the complete presence of four culinary styles in one destination. From Vietnamese dishes at Phố Cuốn, the Thai flavors of Thai Siam Kitchen, steak & wine at The Fan, to the Japanese izakaya spirit of Hura Izakaya – each floor tells a different story, offers a distinct flavor, and sets a unique mood.
A Special Evening in the An Thượng Neighborhood
As the first lights began to glow on Trần Bạch Đằng street, Furama Dining House also stepped into a memorable evening.
The red welcome gate bearing the words “Grand Opening Furama Dining House”, congratulatory flower baskets, festive drum beats, the vibrant colors of lion dances, and the first guests stepping into the four-story culinary house created an energetic atmosphere for the Grand Opening day.
This was not just an opening event.
It was also the moment Furama Dining House officially unveiled the complete vision we have pursued from the very beginning:
One House, Four Flavours.
One address, but more than one choice.
One evening, but a journey through many different culinary nuances.
And sometimes, just by stepping up one more floor, the mood of the entire gathering changes.
Four Floors – Four Culinary Stories
The special charm of Furama Dining House lies right within the structure of the building itself.
Instead of placing multiple culinary styles on a single menu, each floor is dedicated to a restaurant with its own distinct personality.
1st Floor – Phố Cuốn: Starting with Vietnamese Flavors
On the ground floor, Phố Cuốn brings familiar Vietnamese dishes into a space reminiscent of old streets and intimate meals.
A hot bowl of phở, fresh spring rolls, aromatic herbs, dipping sauces, and a Vietnamese coffee slowly dripping – these seemingly simple things are among the most intimate ways to tell the story of Vietnamese cuisine to both local diners and international friends.
Phố Cuốn is thus a gentle beginning to your journey at Furama Dining House.
2nd Floor – Thai Siam Kitchen: A Thai Kitchen for Shared Tables
Ascending one more floor, the atmosphere shifts to the richer nuances of Thai Siam Kitchen.
Spicy and sour Tom Yum, fresh and crispy Som Tam, Pad Thai, fragrant curries, and many other signature Thai dishes are placed in the center of the table for everyone to order, share, and converse over.
The spirit of Thai Siam Kitchen is inspired by the warmth of a family kitchen – where the best food is often the food eaten together.
3rd Floor – Steakhouse The Fan: Where Cuisine Meets Art
If the first two floors offer intimacy and vibrancy, Steakhouse The Fan on the 3rd floor takes the evening to a different rhythm.
Here, you'll find steak, fire, and wine.
But The Fan doesn't just want to tell the story of a good piece of meat.
A Wine Gallery, warm lighting, wooden textures, and artworks create a space where cuisine and art coexist in the experience.
A perfectly grilled steak. A bottle of wine opened at just the right moment. A painting that makes one pause for a few extra seconds. A table for a birthday, an anniversary, or a date for two.
That is the spirit that has guided Steakhouse The Fan throughout its development in Da Nang and Ho Chi Minh City, and it continues at its new location in Barett Urban Zone.
4th Floor – Hura Izakaya: Reaching Hura is When the Fun Begins
And if the evening is still young, continue up to the 4th floor.
Hura Izakaya brings the Japanese izakaya spirit to the free-spirited rhythm of Da Nang.
Here, dishes don't necessarily have to be ordered in sequence. You can start with a few hot skewers grilled over charcoal, add dishes for the whole table to share, then a glass of sake or a highball.
“Hura” evokes the sound of “Hurray!” – a joyful cheer.
That is also the spirit of the restaurant: not overly formal, no need for a truly special reason to meet.
Eat well, drink merrily, meet Japanese style.
A Grand Opening with the Flavors of the Entire House
On opening night, the “Four Flavors” story wasn't just on the sign.
It was present through the very people of the four restaurants.
The teams from Phố Cuốn, Thai Siam Kitchen, Steakhouse The Fan, and Hura Izakaya appeared together in one frame; each person carrying the unique essence of their restaurant but standing united under the roof of Furama Dining House.
On the upper floors, the evening continued with lively banquet tables and performances showcasing Asian cultural colors. Guests chatted, dined, and explored each space of the house together.
That is precisely the experience Furama Dining House aims to create:
The whole group doesn't necessarily have to like the same dish. The entire evening doesn't have to have just one mood.
You can start with Vietnamese, switch to Thai flavors, dedicate dinner to steak & wine, and then end with a lively time at the izakaya.
One visit. Four floors to explore.
From Furama Resort Danang to a New Gathering Place in An Thượng
Furama Dining House carries the experience and culinary service spirit of Furama Resort Danang, but is set in a completely different context: the youthful, multicultural An Thượng neighborhood, just a short distance from Mỹ Khê beach.
Here, you'll find Da Nang residents, the expat community, tourists, and young people seeking new experiences every evening.
Therefore, Furama Dining House was not built merely as a place “to come and eat”.
We want this to be a home for gathering.
Mornings can start with phở and Vietnamese coffee.
Lunch might be a table of Thai dishes with colleagues.
Evenings are for steak and wine for an anniversary.
And when the city lights up, the top floor still echoes with laughter, skewers grilling over fire, and invitations to raise a glass at Hura.
Grand Opening is Just the First Chapter
An opening day is always special.
But what makes a restaurant has never been just about the first day.
It's the returning guests.
The birthdays celebrated here.
The first dates.
The family meals.
Friends from many nations gathered around a table.
And completely ordinary evenings suddenly becoming beautiful memories.
Furama Dining House sincerely thanks all guests, partners, friends, and the entire team who were present and helped us create an emotional Grand Opening night.
The doors are open.
Four kitchens are fired up.
And the journey of this new home has just begun.
