Izakaya Matsuki unveils its summer sake menu

This summer, Hura Izakaya (Floor 4) unveils a new sake menu alongside a limited yakitori set — made for late, lingering nights on An Thượng street.

What's new

• 6 imported sakes, from crisp dry junmai to floral, fragrant ginjo.
• A limited yakitori set: charcoal-grilled chicken, crispy skin, hearts and breast in tare sauce.
• Japanese-style highballs — deeply chilled, lightly sweet.

How to enjoy

• Open with a chilled sake and a plate of edamame.
• Eat the yakitori the moment it comes off the grill, still hot and smoky.
• Finish with a light highball to cleanse the palate.

The menu runs all summer; the yakitori set is limited each night. Drop by Floor 4 and book ahead if you're coming with a group.
